We currently only offer meet up for the delivery of our items depending on what is agreed or the buyer’s preference as we mainly serve the areas of Olongapo and Zambales. However, if you wish to avail shipping and include tracking, please email us first so we can send you a quotation.
We fill all in-stock orders as soon as possible. Once your order is ready to ship, a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email.
We cannot be held responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
We are not responsible for incorrect or partial addresses submitted.
We currently only accept PayPal as our payment gateway and Philippine Peso as default currency.
We also accept payment on delivery orders.
All orders are subject to a verification process which may delay the schedule of delivery or shipping.
Cancelling your Order
Please recheck your order carefully before finalizing and submitting.
If you need to cancel an order, please email us right away. If it has not been shipped, we most likely will be able to cancel the order and a refund, minus 10% restocking fee of total cost, will be mailed to you. If it has been shipped, please ship back to us preserving the original condition of the item as shipped to you (you will pay the return shipping), and on receiving, we will refund minus 10% restocking fee of total cost.
