Merchandise is accepted for exchange or refund if it is returned having preserve new condition within 14 days of the delivery date or ship date, accompanied by the return or exchange slip.
With this return or exchange slip, please include your name, order number, and a detailed note.
Policy for Returning Items
- We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.oztechblock.com.
- Please contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
- When returning postage yourself, we suggest you insure the package via Mail and purchase tracking services for your protection, please provide tracking information in email of return/exchange request to [email protected]
- Save the shipping receipt for your records. Only the merchandise received by us can be processed.
- It is a good practice to print your confirmation email to send with return or exchange.
- You will receive an e-mail notification upon the receipt of your return, provided that your e-mail address is included on your return/exchange mail to [email protected]
- Please allow 7 to 14 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. Personalized Items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We will reimburse items based on the price it is originally bought. For example is when the item was on sale during the purchase.
Policy for Exchanging Items
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased.
- Specify the item like color or size in which you wanted to be the exchanged on your exchange mail to [email protected]
- It is a good practice to also include an exchange slip with the description on you package when you send back the item for exchange to us. You will be paying for the return shipment and upon receipt we will ship the exchanged item to you for free.
- Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.

- We will ship our items upon request of providing secure and easy tracking methods of shipping. We cannot be held responsible if your package gets lost in transit but we will do everything we possibly can to assist you.
- We cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.

- Once the carriers have hold of the package we cannot be responsible for delivered items that have been lost or stolen.
