Xiaomi has just announced its latest smartphone Redmi Note 4 which features a deca-core processor chip along with a 4100mAh battery capacity. This announcement comes just after a month when the company introduces its Redmi Pro.
With the company’s vision to offer budget range high-end technology devices, it’s no surprise that while the Redmi Note 4 offers healthy specs, it still in the budget line when it comes to its price value. As the successor to the famous Redmi Note 3, the Redmi Note 4 now offers some key hardware upgrades from its predecessor.
The latest smartphone now features a unibody metallic design with familiar chamfered edges along with the curved glass display. It has a 5.5-inch full HD IPS display and the device is powered by MediaTek’s 2.1Ghz deca-core Helio X20 processor with 2GB to 3GB RAM variants having 16GB or 64GB internal storage respectively. The Redmi Note 4 will be running the Android 6.0 Marshmallow along with the MI UI 8.0. Below is the handset’s full specification.

The Redmi Note 4 will become available first in China and later in India, US and the Middle East. The standard edition of the handset that comes with 2GB RAM and 16GB ROM configuration was priced at ¥889 yuan ($135) which is roughly equivalent to ₱6,200.00. The handset is expected to become available in the Philippines early in September 2016.
