Asus Philippines has officially launched the Zenfone 3 Max during the Asus Zenvolution event in addition to its Zenfone 3 smartphone family. While the Zenfone 3 Max is slightly reduced in size, it is still an apparent successor of the recently released Zenfone Max.
The Zenfone 3 Max now features a 5.2-inch HD IPS capacitive display with 2.5D arc glass which makes it a more ideal smartphone to hold and operate with just one hand compared to the previous 5.5-inch Zenfone Max. It will have the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system by default, equipped with quad-core processor and will be available in 2GB and 3GB RAM models. Although the latest smartphone decreases in size dimension, it still stands out with its 4130mAh battery capacity which is claimed to last up to 30 days in standby mode and capable of reverse charging.
